Save the estimate
Add the customer, project, and price you’ve quoted. Choose a follow-up date; the app shows what’s due and overdue. Import an existing list from CSV if you have one.

Prepare the follow-up
Start with a reusable email template, edit it to sound like you, and save the draft. Connect Gmail to review and send from this website, or open your usual email app. Gmail sending is in testing while Google review is pending. Nothing is sent automatically.

Record the outcome
Use Draft while preparing a quote, Sent once it’s shared, and Follow-up while checking back. Accepted means the customer agreed; Declined means they decided not to go ahead. Export your records to CSV whenever you need them.
